Searching, organizing and summarising what the customers are thinking on the Internet or social media can help companies better understand their potential consumers’ interests and needs for tailored marketing strategies. However, such kind of data collection and analysis is labor intensive, time consuming and error prone. In collaboration with the Consumer Council, our project developed Soliste, an artificial intelligence social listening system which helps analyse consumer data and comments on the Internet. 

透過搜尋、整理及分析目標顧客群在網上或社交平台發表的意見，我們一般可以更好地掌握目標顧客群的特性及喜好，從而協助制定相應的營銷策略。然而這種目標顧客群分析一般需要投入大量的資源進行，度至費時失事。我們的研究團隊早前與消費者委員會合作，研發出一套名為「細聽」的聆聽系統。它通過人工智能程式分析目標顧客群的數據及留言，除了可以減省人手、成本及時間之餘，亦可以避免出現錯誤或遺漏重要資料等情況。
